1 - TOURS
Whether the number of participants is not higher than 8 people there could be a driving guide instead of a tour leader; anyway, the tour development will be unchanged.
Bookings are subject to place and language availability. During our tours, our Official Guides and Accompanying Services can be performed in various languages.
2 – MEETING POINT
Please plan to arrive at meeting point at least 20 minutes before the tour departure.
No refund will be given to those clients who do not show up at the meeting point at the set time or to clients who lose contacts with the guide or who do not complete the tour.
3 – RESERVATIONS THROUGH OUR WEBSITE
Any service reserved through our website www.florence24.it can be canceled without any charge at least 48 hours before the service starts.
If your reservation is not cancelled 48 hours in advance, your card will be fully charged.
- if you decide to cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the actual date of the service, you will be totally refunded.
4 - CANCELLATION POLICY
In order not to incur penalties for cancellations of excursion bookings, these must be communicated to the Tour Operator at least 2 days before the scheduled excursion date.
No refund will be possible for those cancellations with less than 2 days prior to the booked excursion date.
5 - CANCELLATION BY THE TOUR OPERATOR:
When, for any reason, the Tour Operator cancels the excursion, the client has the right to claim reimbursement, only of the sum paid.
In case of acts of force majeure (strikes, road conditions, weather…) florence24 may modify the itinerary with alternative solutions maintaining the duration and quality of the service.
6 - DISPUTES:
Any complaint by the client must be communicated in writing to the Tour Operator staff within and no later than 10 business days after the date of the tour. Complaints or disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the client and florence24 shall be referred to the Florence Court.
